A large number of oil producing glands called “sebaceous glands” are present under the skin on face, back, chest and shoulders. The sebum makes the skin more oily .The excessive sebum clogs the skin pore or the pit of the hair follicle forming acne.

The blocked pore or acne acts as good habitat for bacteria. The bacterial infection causes inflammation (red, painful swelling of the infected area) of the clogged pore or hair follicle leading to eruption of pimples.

The clogged pores get a dark color due to dust and excess skin pigment to cause black heads.

Avoid opposite foods.
(Opposite foods :Curds ,alt, mushrooms , bamboo shoots , sour fruits , meat , prawn , pork, should not be consumed with milk . The above mentioned foods should not be consumed by mixing one item with another.
Do not exert physically after heavy meals.
Do not consume foods, which lead to indigestion.
Avoid exposure to extreme climates.
Avoid excess usage of curds, fish , sour and salty foods, Bengal gram (urad), radish, sesame, horse gram and jaggery.

Extract the juice of a cucumber and mix with aloe vera juice. Apply as lotion every morning after bath or before sleeping.
